AIRTECH MESH
A very breathable synthetic fiber membrane. It's 3D type structure directs the airflow and breathability characteristics to create a micro-environment for the skin to breathe more easily. In addition the structure is designed so that it has a relatively low density, so it is lightweight; furthermore it is flexible enough to allow a comfortable fit. |

KANGAROO LEATHER
Although it is a thin leather type, kangaroo leather is one of the strongest and most tear resistant leather in the world. Kangaroo leather has a unique fibre structure that is very flat, and so it is similar to the construction of a rope, and this helps in its strength. In addition kangaroo is predominantly made up of corium sized fibres, which means the grain to corium ratio is far more optimized. |

HAND STRETCHED TABLE CUTTING
All leather used in HIRZL gloves are piecemeal stretched by hand and table cut, effectively ensuring the direction of stretch is controlled in each piece of the glove and how it is used in the glove construction. In addition all of the skins are toggles before being used to offer a primary system to take the stretch out of the skin. Gloves are generally cut perpendicular to the backbone, so the toggling opera-on stretches the skin across the backbone first. |
